Why does the tablet wobble? Is the magnet not strong enough?
It’s not due to weak magnets. It’s a structural difference between third-party keyboards and Apple’s official keyboard, which uses a patented balancing mechanism to keep the screen stable.
Why is there a small gap when the keyboard is closed?
This is a safety feature to prevent the screen from slamming into the keyboard. Please fasten the buckle to close the gap.
How can I reduce shaking while writing?
eiP Pencil series features palm rejection, so you can rest your hand on the tablet while drawing to minimize wobbling.
How can I avoid accidental clicks when using trackpad gestures?
Since our trackpad is universally clickable, we recommend using a lighter touch and ensuring “tap to click” is enabled for smoother operation.
How do I turn on Tap to Click?
Settings > General > Trackpad > Tap to Click
How to turn off trackpad?
Press "Fn + Space" to disable or re-enable the trackpad.
How do I switch keyboard language?
Settings > General > Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard > Press 🌐 for Emoji (Turn Off)
How can I prevent lag on my trackpad?
a. Restart your iPad.
b. Turn Off Full Keyboard Access – Settings > Accessibility > Keyboards > Full Keyboard Access > Off.
c. Disable Assistive Touch Gestures – Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > Perform Touch Gestures > Off.
d. Adjust Sensitivity – Settings > General > Trackpad.
